What artwork files do you accept?
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or print-ready PDF files generally provides the best printing result. High-resolution JPG and PNG files may also be accepted. We will review the supplied artwork before production and contact you if a better-quality file is required.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Where applicable, an artwork proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is important to check all spelling, colours, measurements and design details carefully before approving your proof.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. Many Perth Flag Co products are available in standard and custom sizes. Submit a quote request with the dimensions, quantity and intended use, and our team will advise you on the available options.
How long does production take?
Production times depend on the product, quantity, artwork requirements and current workload. Standard and urgent turnaround options may be available for selected products. Please contact us before ordering if you need your product by a specific date.
Do you offer urgent printing?
Urgent production may be available depending on the product and production schedule. Additional charges may apply. Please include your required date when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability.
Do you deliver throughout Australia?
Yes. Perth Flag Co delivers custom flags, banners, signage and promotional displays throughout Australia, including metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Delivery costs and estimated transit times depend on the size of your order and delivery destination.
Is local pickup available?
Yes. Perth Click & Collect is available for eligible orders. We will notify you when your order is complete and ready to be collected.
Are flag poles and bases included?
This depends on the product selected. Some products are sold as complete kits, while poles, bases and accessories are optional for others. The product page or quotation will clearly state what is included.
Which base should I choose for my flag?
Grass spikes are suitable for soft ground, while cross bases, metal stands and weighted bases are designed for hard surfaces. Water bags can provide additional stability in suitable conditions. We can help you select the appropriate base for your installation.

Are printed colours always exactly the same as they appear on screen?
Screen colours can vary between devices and may not exactly match printed colours. If colour accuracy is important, provide the required Pantone, CMYK or other relevant colour references with your artwork.
